Nick grew up among the mountains of Wyoming and Montana before heading off to college at Crown in the suburbs of Minneapolis. There he met his wife, Michelle, and shortly after graduation the couple moved to Kelso, WA to begin work at an Alliance church. For the last 8 years, Nick has served as the Lead Pastor of East Hills Church. He and Michelle have four children- two girls and two boys- that occupy most of their waking moments.

 

Nick is passionate about making the message of Jesus relevant and real to everyone. His message about the hope of true and lasting freedom in Christ resonnates in the heart's of his listeners. He is leading his church to be a place of authenticity and healing, where many are finding that change is possible.

 

Nick is an avid runner, fan of the Minnesota Twins, and a bit of a coffe snob.
